Here is a set of marketable billboard in game.

V1 contains fixed props/ V2 contains fixed and animated props via a YCD file. 

To place props, you can use Codewalker or any other script. 

At the end of the video, an explanation is given about the texture change. 

Once a props is set, read the number on it to better locate you in the YDD file.
